I often talk about money on my blog, so today I thought I would share with you some of the books that have motivated me and helped me grow my knowledge about money and personal finance.
So here are some of my favorite books that I have personally read and would love to recommend them to you:
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill: This is an incredibly powerful book that teaches you how to think about money. It is quite an old book, so you may find the language a bit heavy, but it talks about the importance of feeding your conscience and your brain with positive affirmations, having belief in yourself, setting goals, and taking actions to achieve them. I have done a book talk on this book which you can read here.
Love Your Life, Not Theirs by Rachel Cruze: With any book that you read, especially nonfiction, you may find a lot of things irrelevant to you, but that does not mean they don't hold valuable lessons that you can apply in your own life. Love your life, not theirs was one such book. Due to a lot of cultural differences between where I come from and the audience for whom this book is written, there were a lot of things I could not relate to, but it has some fundamental values that the author talks about that I feel universal. To know more about this book, you can read the book talk I did on it a while back.
The Richest Engineer by Abhishek Kumar: This one I read a while back. It speaks of the timeless wisdom of wealth creation and guides you to financial independence. The simple language and storytelling way makes reading this book easy and pleasant.
So, these are my recommendations.
